How long does it take to find developers?

Furthermore, we are on top of the “breeding grounds” for new talent. We use a range of tactics that varies according to location, organization, mission and role, but typically we can start presenting candidates that match your requirements in as little as 2-3 weeks.
How does the recruitment process work?
If you are curious about our services, contact us. We’ll arrange a phone call so that we can understand your organization, sector and recruitment needs. Sometimes a day or two later after internal conference, sometimes right there on the phone, we’ll be up-front with you about whether we think we can help or not. If we can, our operations team will bring in the right player(s) from our recruitment team to deep-dive your technical and cultural needs, probe for potential solutions that we know have worked for other clients and build a search strategy. We use a range of tactics that varies according to location, organization, mission and role, but typically we can start presenting candidates that match your requirements in as little as 2-3 weeks. For permanent placements we are compensated with a fee based on the successful candidate’s first year package. If you prefer a corp-to-corp or contract-to-perm arrangement, we will agree on an hourly rate and bill you for the length of the contract
What if I only need a contractor?
Whether your staffing needs consist of long-term team building or someone to “pinch hit” with core talent to address a concrete and immediate need, our recruitment processes are adaptable to your needs for contract-based hiring or long-term placements. We do both pure 1099 contracts and contract-to-permanent arrangements

Where are your developers?
While we are principally focused on the United States market, and a few cities account for the greatest bulk of our client requests, developers can be anywhere (and often prefer working by remote). We search for developers within your geographic region or who are willing to relocate. We also engage with individual developers and developer groups in key hotspots around the World to bring the best talent to you. We are a ‘distributed office’ ourselves, with key team members found in Silicon Valley, the Denver area, New York, Zurich, Tel Aviv and Shanghai.
What markets do you serve?
While we serve the global technology market, our focus is on North America.
